Hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”.
2. About the Game
THE 00 PROJECT – SPY GAME is an interactive, spy-themed entertainment game available on iOS, Android and the web.
The Game may include missions, puzzles, location-based tasks, narrative content, scoring, photographic challenges and artificial intelligence-assisted features.
Some episodes may be available free of charge, while others may require a separate purchase. Feature and episode availability may vary by platform.
3. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Game.
Users must be given an opportunity to review the Terms before registration and use. Where acceptance is required, it must be requested clearly and unambiguously.
If a user does not accept the Terms, they must not use the features for which acceptance is required.
4. Age Restriction and Registration
The intended minimum age for the Game is 16 years.
Registration is performed using an email address. Users must provide accurate information where requested and take reasonable steps to protect their account credentials.
Users may not access another person's account without authorisation or circumvent the registration process.
The Provider may implement reasonable security checks to protect accounts. Account restrictions or termination must comply with these Terms and applicable law.
5. Safe Use of the Game
The Game may contain missions associated with real-world locations. Users must complete missions lawfully, safely and with respect for the rights of others.
Users must not:
- enter private or restricted property without permission;
- violate traffic laws or use the Game while driving;
- harass, intimidate or unlawfully monitor another person;
- create dangerous situations to complete a mission;
- damage property, monuments or other objects;
- create real threats or present fictional game elements in a manner that could reasonably be mistaken for actual law enforcement activity;
- use in-game puzzles, codes or fictional scenarios to gain unauthorised access to real security systems.
Local laws, property rules, required permissions and personal safety always take priority over completing a mission.
The Game is not an emergency, security or navigation service.
6. GPS-Based Missions
Certain missions may require access to the device's location services.
GPS accuracy may be affected by the device, network coverage, the surrounding environment and other technical factors. The Provider does not guarantee that location detection will always be accurate or uninterrupted.
Users may deny location permissions in their device settings. Some missions may then be unavailable.
Users are never required to enter a dangerous or restricted location or put themselves at risk to complete a mission.
7. Artificial Intelligence and OpenAI
Certain features of the Game use OpenAI services to process images and text.
AI-generated responses, image assessments, evaluations and suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. AI features are intended to support gameplay and do not replace official, professional or safety-related advice.
The Provider does not guarantee that AI will evaluate every image or text submission correctly or produce identical results for every mission.
Users must not use AI features for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others or to compromise the security of the Game.
The processing of personal data in connection with AI features is governed by the Privacy Policy.
8. Points, Achievements and Virtual Items
The Game may provide points, experience points, ranks, virtual coins or other digital achievements.
These items form part of the gameplay experience and do not, by themselves, constitute real money or a claim redeemable for money.
Virtual items may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash unless the Provider expressly establishes different terms for a particular feature.
The Provider may update the scoring system and gameplay mechanics, provided that such changes do not infringe mandatory consumer rights or applicable legal requirements relating to purchased digital content.
9. Paid Episodes and Digital Content
Certain episodes of the Game are available through separate purchases.
Before completing a purchase, users will be informed of the content being purchased, its price and the applicable purchasing process.
Purchases may be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play or a payment provider actually used on the web version. The purchasing and refund policies of the relevant platform must also be taken into account.
Purchased content will become available in accordance with the applicable purchase terms. The Provider may verify purchase entitlements as necessary to operate the service.
Right of withdrawal: Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal in circumstances prescribed by law. For digital content supplied immediately, the loss of the right of withdrawal may occur only when the applicable legal requirements are satisfied, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights relating to conformity, remedies or other statutory protections.
The specific purchasing, withdrawal and refund processes must be aligned with the actual sales channels used.
10. Intellectual Property
The Game's software, branding, graphics, characters, stories, missions, text and other creative content may be the intellectual property of the Provider or the relevant rights holders.
Use of the Game does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Game in accordance with these Terms and the applicable platform requirements.
Without the Provider's prior permission, users may not unlawfully copy, distribute or commercially exploit the Game's content, or circumvent its technical protections, except where permitted by applicable law.
11. User-Submitted Content
Where the Game allows users to submit photographs, text or other content, users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that content.
Users must not submit unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others or content that threatens the security of the service.
User-submitted content is processed only as necessary to provide the relevant Game features and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms do not grant a general right to use user-submitted photographs or text for public publication or marketing purposes.
12. Prohibited Conduct and Account Restrictions
Users must not interfere with the operation of the Game, manipulate scores without authorisation, bypass access restrictions, access other users' accounts unlawfully or compromise system security.
In cases of serious or repeated violations, the Provider may take proportionate action, including issuing a warning, restricting certain features or suspending an account.
Any action affecting entitlements to paid content must comply with applicable contractual and consumer protection requirements.
13. Availability and Updates
The Provider endeavours to keep the Game operational and accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, technical faults, network problems, external service outages or platform changes may temporarily affect certain features.
The Provider may update and modify the Game. Changes affecting paid digital content will be handled in accordance with applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
14. Liability
Users must use the Game responsibly and lawfully.
The Provider does not guarantee error-free operation of GPS features, internet connectivity, external services or AI functionality.
The Provider's liability may be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
In particular, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Privacy
The processing of personal data in connection with the Game is governed by the separate THE 00 PROJECT – SPY GAME Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains the processing associated with registration, GPS-based missions, OpenAI, Conqnet Analytics and purchases.

Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Consumers retain any statutory rights to seek remedies through competent authorities, consumer dispute resolution bodies or courts.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law and applicable European Union law.
The parties will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably where possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the competent forum in accordance with applicable jurisdictional and consumer protection rules.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
18. Amendments to These Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms in response to changes in the Game's features, technical operation or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be made available within the Game or on its official website. Users will be appropriately informed of material changes.
